BFSG (PTY) Ltd t/a Bafa Funeral Services was founded and established in 1982, and we are a full-service funeral home mainly based in Gauteng, North-West and Limpopo.
We primarily offer but are not limited to the following services:
Funeral cover to help aid in the cost associated
with a funeral or tombstone.
- Provision of funeral services,
- Burial,
- Cremation,
- Repatriation,
- Manufacturing and installation of tombstones.
- Assembly and supply of coffins and caskets; and
- Professional exhumation services.
We are registered as an authorised financial services provider, FSP 48376 and therefore have the responsibility to always conduct ourselves:

We are dedicated to distributing and selling funeral policies that fully comply with the Principles of Treating Customers Fairly (“TCF”), as established by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). Our commitment ensures that all customers receive fair, transparent, and professional service at every stage of their engagement with our products.
All our funeral policies, along with the associated value-added benefits, are administered by Genlife Financial Services (PTY) LTD. Genlife is an Authorised Financial Services Provider, registered with FSP number 43895. Their role ensures the efficient and compliant management of our policy offerings, providing customers with trusted support and administration.;
The underwriting for all our policies is provided by Safrican Insurance Company Limited. Safrican is a Licensed Insurer, authorised to conduct life insurance business, and is registered as an Authorised Financial Services Provider under FSP number 15123. This partnership ensures that all policies are underpinned by a reputable and compliant insurance provider, offering security and peace of mind to our clients.
